Turn Key project for the Design-Study & Prototyping of a series of Commercial Coolers

The project consist of:

• Aesthetical Study of the main body of the cooler.
• Complete folder including Manufacturing- Assembly Drawings.
• Manufacturing of working Prototypes in scale 1:1.
• Environmental Test under controlled Weather Conditions (Temperature- Humidity).

  The study also includes:

  • Issue of complete ‘’Test Plan’’.
  • Critical parameters monitoring and recording (temperatures at 54 points, Humidity, High & Low pressure, Energy consumption) through the data logging system (Plant Watch Pro) of the entire flow of the Tests.
  • Photographing and recording of the tests.
  • Documenting observations and recommendations using scientific methods throughout the testing process.
  • Test Report Issuing, including suggestions for product improvements and redesigns.
